Participants register and find their photos on the public site. Organizers set up the event, manage entries, payments, and the gallery from their own portal.
Registration, from event setup to payout
- Six setup steps. Event Detail, Information, Form Setup, Race Kit, Terms and Conditions, then Confirmation. The recommended event banner is 4500px x 950px.
- Categories and pricing. Each category has its own fee. Early bird and late bird pricing can be set. A category closes when its slots are full.
- Form fields for each event. Turn on what the event needs: nationality, state for participants in Malaysia, medical information, and an emergency contact.
- A public page that can be shared. A clean event link, plus Facebook, WhatsApp, copy link, and a QR code. Participants see the details, race pack, and terms before Register Now.
- Payment. Signed-in participants pay on their account. Participants without an account use Guest Checkout: name, email, and phone are confirmed, then they pay without an account being created. Payment is by FPX or e-wallet.
- Confirmation after payment. The participant and the organizer receive a confirmation email, and the participant has a receipt. If the email does not arrive, they can request it again with their email and receipt number, or with their email and MyKad / passport and then choose the event. Once every 60 minutes.
- Participant list. Search by name, receipt number, phone, or email, filter by status, and download Excel. The file includes nationality, and state for participants in Malaysia.
- Customer services. This switch is off by default. When it is on, the event page shows a Contact button to the organizer’s WhatsApp, and the confirmation email includes the same number.
- One-time corrections, started by the organizer. Change name: the organizer chooses free or RM5. Change runner stays RM25, with a form for the new person; the bib and original category stay. Change email is RM7, and the link is sent only to the new email. The participant pays, then presses Save. Sending again cancels the previous link.
- Registration payout. The organizer requests the amount still available. A request above that balance is declined.
Photo gallery, from publish to download
- The event gallery is published on racesniper.com and can be shared, including to Facebook.
- Participants find their own photos. Face Recognition matches a face. Scan BIB No. matches a bib number.
- Paid photos. Previews use a watermark. After a successful FPX or e-wallet payment, the participant receives the file.
- Free galleries. Participants can download the original file with no cart and no sign-in.
- Photo sales. The organizer can view and download the sales report, then request a payout.
